Welcome to Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at cosmiccatarcade.com (the “Site”), by visiting our arcade, or by engaging with our services, including token purchases, VIP memberships, gift cards, party and event bookings, and SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Accounts, purchases, memberships, and bookings must be made by an adult. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Guests of all ages are welcome in the arcade itself, subject to the supervision terms below.

Services Provided

Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade offers:

• Token Sales: Purchase tokens online or at the counter for use in our claw machines.
• VIP Membership: A monthly membership with included tokens and member benefits.
• Gift Cards: Digital gift cards redeemable in the arcade.
• Bookings: Squishy Bar session seats and group bookings.
• SMS Communications: Updates, promotions, and notifications via SMS, subject to your consent.

Visiting the Arcade

To keep the arcade a safe and enjoyable place for families, we ask that:

• Children are supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult while in the arcade.
• Guests treat the machines, the prizes, and each other with care.
• Guests follow reasonable instructions from Cosmic Cat team members.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave where conduct affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

Tokens, Memberships, and Gift Cards

Tokens

• Tokens do not expire.
• Tokens have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Tokens are for use at Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade and are not transferable between accounts except where we arrange it at the counter.
• Most machines require one token per play. A small number of premium machines require two, and these are marked on the machine.

VIP Membership

• The VIP membership bills automatically each month at the published rate until you cancel it.
• You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for a billing period already charged.
• Tokens already issued to your account remain yours after cancellation, in line with the token terms above.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• We are not able to replace a gift card code that has been shared publicly or already redeemed.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Payment is taken at the time of booking and holds the seats in your name.
• Bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days before the session date. Inside 7 days, we will transfer your booking to another available session.
• Squishy Bar seats are limited per session and are confirmed at the time of booking.
• If we ever need to change or cancel a booking, we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• For anything to do with a booking, email parties@cosmiccatarcade.com and a Cosmic Cat team member will pick it up.

Prizes

• Prizes are awarded through gameplay and are subject to availability. Specific prizes and machine contents change regularly.
• Prize trade-ups are available at the counter and are subject to the stock we have on hand that day.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Tamper with, reach into, or attempt to open any machine.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SMS Communications

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us, including:

• Event updates and promotions.
• Booking and purchase confirmations.
• Important notifications related to our services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out and Support

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us at info@cosmiccatarcade.com.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic Cat Claw Arcade and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
